Dear all of my fellow coworkers... We are a bunch of women ( for the most part), working together in a hectic , sometimes stressful, and very busy facility. We all get upset, we all say things, and vent... I believe that none of us intentionally say things to hurt each other, and half of us are probably pms-Ing together...when we do say these things , it is out of frustration and probably work overload...but when you go back and tell this person and that person. Remember that majority of the time you are making a mountain out of an ant pile. Its not that serious. We are all there for the same reason, to do our jobs and take care of our residents, and try to get it done while enjoying our day..arent you all sick of all of this drama? Lets get it together, everybody dreads going to work in the mornings, why not look forward to it because you know you have awesome coworkers waiting there for you...that is all.
