Dear all plz help me, We found a girl’s profile in a matrimonial site. 14th Dec. 2013 we got married. They are fraud… 22nd Jan 2014 she went to her mom house came back in 25th Jan 2014 to my house with her mom and brother… I was alone in my home, they did not talk anything No talk, No discussions they started saying you are torching my sister and called to police… I was shocked same time they started to confiscate their goods, I called my mom bro and relatives they all arrived, we stopped them and asked them to wait till the police arrive as u guys called the police, police came we requested police to do not allow them to take goods until they give us in written, we all went to police station my wife wrote the false statement in police station (That I am torching her due to this reason I am leaving my husband house and going to my mother house and will think to come back in husband house) (Note: she did not write Dowry, beating or any other allegation) 1st Feb I had to leave India because my vacation was finish in this date, my wife knew this. 2nd Feb my family received a notice from CAW crime against woman cell, to go in CAW cell in 5th feb. Actually she approached to CAW cell in 27 Jan 2014 as she knew I had to leave India in 1st Feb. but Notice took the time one week to come in our house… Now the current situation is, my wife gave in written in both places our (local police station and CAW) that she do not want to live with me, CAW cell want us to give them their all goods, Wife mother saying to us we spent 10 Lakh in marriage we want cash… That’s all the current situation is… But I am sure they will not shut their mouth with this amount… No arrest, No Physical beat to wife, till now no FIR, so far not any dowry case… CAW also supporting us as they got the clue the girl’s family seems to be fraud… What should I do? My family attending the dates of CAW cell… Regards,
