Dear arrogant asshole(s) (cough cough Matt Caloca) in the California based LOCAL band (not national act) Closer To Closure. Your attempt at scaring my band into changing our name didnt work. Although you may have an LLC on your name, and a very good attorney, that does not give you exclusive rights to the name, and it sure as hell doesnt give you the right to sue us or take any sort of legal action against us. I suggest you learn how to bluff a little better because within doing 5 minutes minutes of research I was able to figure out your claims of having exclusive rights to our name were false. To avoid further confusion, my band may be changing our name...or maybe Ill get the rights to the name. Depends on how I feel tomorrow I guess...we didnt steal your name. I came up with it as an inspiration from Of Machines, and actually have been naming everything Ive recorded by myself under that name for the past 3 years. This would also explain why we have the original Facebook URL and you guys dont. Only after we choose to use the name did we realize you guys existed. Step down off your high horse.
