Dear brothers n sisters, after sending out the petition letter so far we got response n attention from chief minister office and COB and they are looking forward to help us on the proxy n legality issue. And they have also suggest to us about things we can do especially on the not done stuff like business center n else. They have suggest to us to bring that to House Buyer Tribunal to get compensate or freeze the developer license for misrepresenting or not delivering the work. COB also advice us to work together on the coming meeting and we can write in to request for their attendance in our coming AGM. And those owner who owns many units with the individual title only can have 1 vote and no proxy!! Only joint name or company own units can send their proxy..... So we need to work out our time to attend this AGM and go all out to secure our right n property! I believe we can work well and make our building a great n well invest place!!
