Dear family and friends, I would like to share some bad experience that takes place today after my visit to KFC Giant Kota Damansara. I ordered 2 sets of snack plate for take away. What takes place next is what I can tell a genuinely really, really bad experience which I doubt I would be going to any KFC outlet again. My wife found a dead cockroach inside 1 of the packaging. U can view my uploaded pics. I feel like vomiting right now. Please take neccesary action KFC. Ive been to a bunch of your outlet and I must say the cleanliness is pretty disappointing.
