Dear family, friends and all! Everyone near me know that Im not politically involved and this post is not reflecting any political angel more highlighting the power of marketing and publicity. Yesterday our country had a general governmental selection shifting the power from previous block to opposite and giving stand for one party as 3:rd largest party in Sweden. I admire the effort many of my near ones and society itself have put in to work against racism. However I have never in my life have Ive seen a so hated party get this kind of attention and publicity as before. During this year my news feed had been including a constant flow of post regarding this specific party. If I dont know better I would have thought this party is the most popular of them all, no one is writing about the other ones. What Im trying to say is that todays publicity channels such as TV, FB, Insta and more are open for everyone to use and spread the message. Whatever you post will be read and published, all from private posts to company related information or as this year post regarding the election and parties. Most of you have heard the phrase “all publicity is good publicity”. Well I believe in that phrase, and I got more or less the proof by seeing the most hated party get published every day both by the ones that love them and hate them. Giving publicity to something you hate will give the wrong effect and in the end backfire. And what I see is that a hated party has raised on behalf of all publicity. I think that if you talk about things you desire and love you will get more effect rather than talking about things you hate. Keep Sweden strong and positive! One love
