Dear fellow friends, Is there anyone here ever experienced in neutralizing hydrochloric acid or HCL+H2o with baking soda before? Recently, my company is doing pickling by using HCL Acid Solution 35-38%. It is a bit costly to us to dispose spent pickle liquor to sw contractor. Therefore, i have intention to neutralize the waste by our own by using sodium bicarbonate and disposed of in a land fill. I am seeking advice from otai otai here abt the ratio needed and the correct way of doing it ...Thank You.
