Dear friends , Happy friendship day and our best wishes to you all. స్వాగత ద్వారాలతో సరి క్రొత్త హంగులు ...చాల సంతోషము. మన భాగ్యనగరానికి మరింత పేరు ప్రఖ్యాతులు కొరకు మరియూ నగరాన్ని మరింత శొభయమానం గా తీర్చి దిద్దిటకు మీరు చేస్తున్న ప్రయత్నాలకు అనేక ధన్యవాదములు. కాని, ఈ మురికి కూపాలతో, యమ లోకానికి ఆహ్వానము అన్నట్లు వున్న ఈ రహదారులు బాగు చేయకుండా , కేవలము స్వాగత ద్వారాలు కట్టినంత మాత్రాన మన నగరము సుందర నగరమై పోతుందా ?? World class city ఐపోతుందా...?? జీత-భత్యాలు బాగానే తీసికొంటూ , తిని మొద్దు నిద్దుర పోతున్న మనలో వున్న కొంత మంది సోమరి సోదరులు కు చురకలు వేయకుండా మన నగరాన్ని సుందర నగరము గా తీర్చి దిద్దగలమా..? Why GHMC and HMWSSB are not in a position to monitor the performance of their basic Engineers and Managers....? Is it pinching any top boss when lot of drinking water is being wasted with pipe leakages and damaging our beautiful and costlyroads..? When, the GHMC and HMWSSB posted many Asst. Engineers and Managers around the city for every division or area, why the public has to book a ticket and run behind them ...? Are these basic Engineers are having any schedule of inspection in their jurisdictions..? If they are inspecting, then why these defects are not noted and attended systematically..? Is the top bosses are aware that these bad spots can be well attended by their basic Engineers/Managers within a reasonable time before a public complaint is received, just by introducing one register called as Work cum Inspection register with each and every Basic Engineer/Manager? Shramadaan discussed in depth with our GHMC Commissioner, Chief Engineer and Director of HMWSSB about the need of introducing the Work Cum Inspection Register to ensure safe and beautiful roads in our city. But it seems that our top bosses are not interested to monitor the quality of work and the performance of each and every basic Engineer and Manager. Unless we demand to punish the concerned Engineers/ Managers and start claiming for compensation, by filing a case in courts for each and every accident, (which are caused due to bad roads), the situation may not improve..!! Is there any Advocate in our city to take up such cases( it is only an appeal) on voluntary basis as a social service to our people.....? Also the people who are traveling on bumpy roads and suffering with back-bone pains, neck pains and spondylitis problems etc. also should start filing the cases in the courts and claim for the compensations from the concerned departments to bring a change in their attitude..!! It is most surprising issue to note that our GHMC is daily moving with 20 trucks load of material to fill the potholes in our city. ( excluding Cantonment area) . Then why we are finding potholes even on very important roads for years together? Is the material properly used by basic Engineers..? Is there any scientific way of check on the utilization of this material....? However, the same issue is taken to the notice of our Honorable PM and Transportation Minister through NDTV and CNN IBN . Let us hope for some good out put from this new Govt. to ensure safe and beautiful roads in all our cities/ town and villages. Let us ensure Safe and Beautiful Roads in our Nation. It is quite possible just by implementing the suggestions of Shramadaan. The transparency and accountability will bring drastic changes and we can save thousands of Crores of rupees which can be better utilized for good projects to provide employment to our youth. This is a part of our 2nd fight to bring real Independence to our Nation. We need not run from one end to other end of our Nation to bring a change. Let us move to question the concerned leaders and officials for the lapses in our areas. Better India is our dream project and it is not intended to criticize any one. Jai Hind.
