Dear friends:I am On my way to New York Supreme Court, expressing my disagreement with confidentiality that I have never approved and consented , fighting for the truth and patients to know what took place in the that egregious hospital where 14 patients died - unexplained deaths and thousands were injured, hospital committed fraud and paid penalty to AG of 13.4 , hospital executives were paying kickbacks, while benefiting on the large margins of profit and staff was operating patients in their rooms instead of operating rooms with nonfunctional and old instruments. Labor and Delivery floor instead of being happy place or new life , became a place of horror. Illegal confidentiality forced against my will, is against public interest and freedom of information act. All information that I have collected in this whistleblowing action is now covered by illegal stipulation that is not even order but abused by the corrupted hospital executives to seal my entire file at NY Supreme Court. This is called miscarriage of justice that the court allows wrongdoers-hospital that injured so many patients and caused so many deaths , committed so much fraud , to hide behind never consented stipulation by me , to take my constitutional rights due , process freedom of speech, fair trial etc. Please do not let your constitutional rights be destroyed like the hospital destroyed mine. Once when they do this to the person, they can do anything else, because I am American without constitutional rights and protection! Respectfully, Dr.Mehulic
