Dear friends, I was invited to address MEd students at University of Pune today. I reached in time and got to know few students have gone for holiday for Ganeshotsav and there were only 12 students out of 25. I was asked what to do! I had struggled a lot to reach University in time and only because of students number if I stop then Pandurang would not have liked. So, I said let us take interactive class. I entered class and started interaction. I discussed on various interesting topics like friendship , joyful learning, Inspired teaching and communication, creative thinking and expressions and innovation in education technology. Few students shared about their educational approach and perception and their plans to contribute to education system. We all discussed about importance of offering knowledge whole heatedly with love and joy. Session continued for 1 and half hours and result was I was friend of all in class. Our little patience and efforts can help us to contribute for self and social development. We also discussed that in todays context teacher also should be receptive and good if he is ready to learn and know new things from students as well. I was happy to meet authorities in University after the session and discussed various projects and plans for teacher empowerment and got a interesting assignment on rural development.
