Dear friends! With this message i would like to inform you that the first regional Kyrgyz-Indian friendships Festival in Bokonbaevo village was successfully conducted! The Festival became a big celebration for local rural communities. It was attended by most of the local population despite the rainy and coldly weather. The Indian goods, souvenirs, dances and movies brought a lot of joy to the remoted areas of Kyrgyzstan. Everything became possible thanks to the trust of the Indian people towards Kyrgyz people. The local initiative group has implemented their part very nicely. The festival inspired other regional representatives to hold such an event in their respected areas, and the next turn was officially given by His Excellency Mr Ambassador to the representative authority of the Kemin rayon of Chuy oblast. The activity planned to be held on September 4-5 in Chon Kemin district. I have received many calls from other rayons the same day, everyone wants to invite the Indian culture to their communities :-) I want to thank everyone for the valuable support in making true the first step towards the Indian-Kyrgyz friendship in remote rural areas.
