Dear kakensa, my fiancé & i are planning our wedding however, due to diabetes he has retrograde ejaculation(shoots blanks) & since we cant have children naturally, we require an infertility treatment. The problem is that they are costly and he comes from a tight Buganda family where hes too embarrassed to mention to anyone & adoption or sperm donation isnt an option. So he has asked me to choose between the fancy wedding and in vitro fertilization since we cant afford both in the same year or I can wait2 years after the wedding to start the treatment except I am in my 30s and my biological clock will worsen the situation. Please advise.
