Dear my All friends………… This is to inform you on the murder of renowned social activist Dr. Narendra Dhabolkar at 7.20 am on 20 Aug 2013 by two unidentified youths in Pune. In view of this incident there may be some disruptions in some parts of Pune with a call for partial bandh by some political parties between 1000- 1700 hr, on 21 Aug 2013. We request you to follow the following safety and security guidelines: Stay away from public gatherings and demonstrations; do not visit places which are known for agitations and unrest. Be cautious while traveling to work and back, travel as a group as far as possible. Should you accidentally find yourself in a location with unrest, go inside a public building (restaurant, office) or try to leave the area as soon as possible.
