Dear neighbors; I really like your dogs. Maybe tomorrow when they get out again Ill keep them to scare you enough to take proper measures to block your fence. Youve obviously got enough financial resources to do it and Im baffled that your solution up till now has been cinder blocks. The definition of crazy is repeating the same process over and over again and expecting different results. Please dont let your dogs get hit on the road. They are super sweet and deserve to grow old.
