Dear peeps and creeps, As some of you are aware I use to struggle with a number of things. I havent confessed to many my struggling addiction I have been facing for the last couple of years. Yes Ive relapsed to many times in the last couple of years and its been hard when I keep saying no. So please forgive me for not having time for you or making an effort to spend time with you. This addiction has controlled my life so bad my social life is very nil. As of January 1st, 2015 Im officially announced that I am going to go for change. My doctor been a great support so far and will contribute in helping me more. Im done with drinking 3-7 x-large cups of coffee a day, energy drinks when I feel tired and working 50-75hrs a week. Ive had enough of this abuse to myself and unhealthy choices Ive made. Thank you to everyone who has shared with me their thoughts to me as this has influence me more to change. As of January 1st, 2015 Ill try to keep you posted on my journey of recovery as I know the long term relationship with myself will only get better. Thank you again.
