Dear shwmae fans Its with a heavy heart we would like to announce that as of this evening we will NOT be ceasing trading but we will be lessening our work load to work on other aspects of our work lives. Unfortunately its known by thousands that last year we were the targets of a grizzly online campaign lead by mainly people who didnt even know the company or have dealings with it. We openly like everyone else admit huge mistakes along the way previous to this year but feel being used as examples for what the equine media can do to companies has made us no longer trust the open market. For nearly 9 months now we have done nothing but build our reputation back up and offer stupidly low priced products in order to give people the chance to try us before trusting us but its come to a point now where other areas of our personal lives have taken over and we feel weve done enough to prove against such allegations that were spread against us. We know there are a group of women and fake accounts going around messaging customers and in some instances bullying them out of ordering but we feel now that weve proven in ample amounts that these women arent justified anymore. I would like to say again clearly we are NOT ceasing trading but we are giving the company time to recover after what has been and still is a vicious attack to its reputation. If you would like to order we are more than happy to help you and will as always be as honest and as open as we can with all of you but for those who persist to try and bully us privately off the say so of others or dont believe us when we say they are only trying to damage us then we are very sorry but maybe coming back when you feel you can trust us would be better.
