Dearest Michel, I am up early, and I thought about you, and I think I should write you one more letter in the post...for Valentines sake, but it is a pre-Valentine, and I got some nice cards, little one, with roses on them Darling, for you to behold, my favorite flower, pink and reddish, for us. I always believe in love, no matter what, and I think it is essential we dont give up on it at this point in our lives, I hope together. I have been thinking about a lot of stuff, but sometimes, perhaps I dont think enough, ha! You might say what is going on upstairs Pam in your brain, and I might say, oh not much...clean the house, buy thank you notes, get Anna and I to work on our resumes, work hard* on my figure, diet exercise, clean house, work on my make up, apprearance, friends, you know...dreams! Smile, did I say dreams? Ah, that is vous and moi! Smile Je Tem! Oh Yes, Pam, you say, dont forget to pick up your Rosetta Stone! Oh yeah, ahem, yes, Best Buy or somewhere like that? Can I get it on-line? I can just see me with my little ear pieces on, speaking French! I would love in my lifetime, to be able to speak French as I believe it is a beautiful language of expression and words, knowledge, and abilities, thought processes, and also romance! I remember once, I first read in French the resolutions of the United Nations, and they touched my heart, the words of diplomacy written by the French Mission in New York for Peace initiatives....how it moved me, in a special way. Well, I had to translate it with my dictionary, and then one day, an amazing thing happened for me, I was on-line with the French Mission and a message came to me, on a page, in French language, a whole page of words, and believe it or not, I read it and comprehended each word completely in English, it was quite unbelievable, indeed a miracle. Someone must have been praying for me that day. In the reality of peace, and the hope of peace, we always press our hopes on that way of coming together, that for us can be peace, and we must find the common ground, and just allow people to be free. In the United Nations, there is a beautiful mosaic done by Norman Rockwell, a great American Artist, and it is people of all Nations of the World, in Prayer, and I love this piece of art, I saw it personally when I visited there, and it moved me in a special way. For many years, I had this print up in our home, and I still have it in a gold frame....I do rotate pictures, in our home, as sometimes you can have too many out at one time, ha! But that one, is special to me, and I wouldnt ever part with it, and over the years, I had many kids* come to our home, and say to me, I love this picture, it speaks to me. Well, Darling, will you go to Sochi? The little lifts look nice, ah I like that part, and also, the view I am sure is very nice! You will laugh, when I was a girl, I was in a choir at church with a bunch of college kids, and we all saved our money, worked part time jobs, so we could go ski over spring break...I worked at Target store over Christmastime, in the linen department, moving towels and comforters and all that...well, we couldnt afford a plane to haul us to Colorado, so we went in a bus, a long ride, all the way to Winter Park Colorado, but once there, the view from the Continental Divide was awesome! I recall our accomodations, we you know, modest, as we slept in bunk beds, and it was a YMCA camp, ha! But we kids didnt care, we were chattering like chipmunks and we were just happy to be there! I had borrowed, ski clothes on, it was ski overalls in red I had borrowed from a girl with straps, and a sweater, and of course, a head band, should have worn a helmet (I guess that is what people wear now, it is safer), and well, it was springtime in the Rockies, and beautiful, for skiing, and we had such a big time! I shall never forget it! I guess, I have to say, is it time for us to go on safari? Smile, Dennis? Ah, I am just kiddin! Smile...I mean you, but we dont hunt do we? Maybe just take pics? I always thought it would be so romantic to stay in a tent in Africa....I loved the movie Out of Africa for that reason....and when he washed her hair, it was heaven...I wish you could wash my hair, Michel.
