December 16 at 11:58pm. Very displeased with what Advanced Disposal calls customer service. Ive been doing business with some lineage of Advanced Disposal for 22 years. Always paid on time. There was an address change that I got wrong in October when I sent out my check and it never got delivered. I got a message I was late and immediately called the next day and said I sent it out and discovered my mistake. The check was not cashed and the bank said they would replace the money in my account in a few days. I didnt even wait I immediately sent a replacement check from my bank. 2 weeks later I got another call that they had not received my check and my account was on hold until the payment was received and posted. Again I called and told them the date I sent it and was basically told TS on hold till it is posted. I checked with my bank and found out they had deposited my check several days before they put me on hold. I had a proof of payment faxed to them and asked them to call me when they get it. 2 days working days have passed with no call. I called and the customer service person was off and no one else could help resolve this. I have since cancelled my account and I urge everyone else to change service before your trash doesnt get picked up. This company sucks. I intend to tweet and repost on every possible rating site. They owe me my money back and an apology from their management. No good dont use them. 1 ..
