December 20, would have been Mom and Dads 67th anniversary. She passed away right after the video below was posted. I am grateful that she moved on with love and in love. That was her true essence. At the time, I was in a class and one of the members had been ill and passed. Our main teacher, Jason Shulman, created a practice to assist us in meeting life in all of its glory and challenges. You can hear us singing shortly after the start. As we now move into one of our many annual transitions between light and dark, a season of many hopes and dreams, I offer you this practice as a way to nurture your self and relationships.
