December 24 update from the amazing Ruth Osborne. For those of you who may not know, Ruth gave up her lucrative career in the UK as a registered vet tech and moved to Romania to work with Romania Animal Rescue, Homeless Animals Hospital and Family Vet a few years ago. She is now in Veterinary University to become a vet in Romania as well! How about that?! Ruth has helped to start the Veterinary Training Camp along with Dr. Aurelian Stefan and Dr. Petrisor Stefan in order to train more vets and techs on highly skilled surgical techniques. Vets from Romania, Europe and the USA have come to the VTC to learn. Ruth is also a member of the Animal Spay Neuter International Dream Team that has worked in Romania (RAR), Suriname, Dominican Republic, Greece, Portugal, and supported work with other vets in Panama, USA, and UK. Ruth and the Dream Team head back to Dominican Republic in January. Ruth, we are forever and ever indebted to you....and the animals can never thank you enough!
