Day 1 of the Beginners Challenge!! (10/6) You can get a great workout in four simple moves. You dont need any special fitness equipment. This circuit combines squats, push-ups and with squeezing your and youll get an effective full body workout. Yes, this is a beginners workout, but that doesnt mean you will take it easy!! ~ four different beginner moves each done for 50 seconds then 10 seconds rest. ~ three rounds so you will replay the video for three times. ~ todays aid is a chair for balance during the leg lifts and for your foot rest during the hamstring curls. PS: ignore my seriousness! I am working outside my comfort zone with this series because I want to help you in anyway I can. I have heard excuses after excuses. So here is a free, easy, time saving challenge that you all can do!! So I pushed through my nervousness and did this for YOU!!
