Decided to post my Healthy Pizza Recipe.......Yummy and Guiltless, eat the whole pizza, really the whole pizza! Heres my healthy pizza, get some tomato sauce( low sodium if you like), cheese of your choice( just not imitation, real cheese, low fat if you like), all the veggies that you like(garlic, spinach, stewed tomatoes or roasted, some kind of lean meat(beef, chicken), and for the crust use a flour tortilla( get the carb conscious kind if you like), put a little olive oil in the pan, put the tortilla shell down for a second first and let the bottom of it get crispy, now while its still cooking load it up with all the healthy and good stuff you got, the tortilla shell should be pretty crispy by now, put the pan top on for a minute to let the cheese melt and the food get hot. Wah-la you got high protein, low carb, good fat, iron filled, thin crust pizza, Yummy!! Oh I forgot, sprinkle some Italian seasoning down right after you put the tomatoe sauce on. Eat this for breakfast or lunch and you will feel great all day! If you have allergies to any of the foods in this recipe, everything is easily changed for gluten-free, lactose-free, etc. Keep switching it up until you find a healthy pizza, that gives you sustained energy, zero gastrointestinal issue, no fatigue, and great focus. It may take a few tries but you will find the foods that electrify YOUR body and mind.
