Dedicated to my BEST FRIEND...!! [2.1] It was all so dark, my night sky, There were just stars twinkling, Only to mark their feeble existence, I was looking for the moon, my favourite one... But, then there were reasons, To live, to laugh, and to keep looking for, They said, you will find yours someday, And the hope was itself worth the search... And then there was a sudden glow, The one i had never ever encountered before, I was curious, i looked with apprehensions, It came closer and closer, with each moment... And then, there was a spark, a sound, Amazing and mesmerizing was its brilliance, A meteor had come my way, so close, I couldnt help but stare at its extravagance.... But soon, as it was destined to be, The meteor had gone, leaving its magic, I shut my eyes, recapturing each moment, Helpless it was, as sand slips away... I opened my eyes, trying to mend my thoughts, But, alas, i saw nothing but darkness, I cudnt see the stars, lest the moon, The vision my own, had swayed with the meteor... And now, there were no reasons, To live, to laugh or to keep looking for, Left i was, alone, helpless, restless, Only with those little images with me, fading each day... But, they say meteors do come, come back, I can do nothing but wait, for nothing may be, But yes, i hear the sound again, I know this is it, but i am afraid... I can hear it again, the sound, the whisper, But, i cant see, yet, the glow, I am confused and apprehensive, Will i see the same spark again, ever...??
