Deeming it necessary to voluntarily widen the scope of the testing, & increase the severity of the penalties, for PED violations speaks volumes about the lack of personal integrity that is taken for granted in todays professional athletes. If they can get away with cheating many will cheat. And, if past performance is any gauge, there will be enough people that will, at least try to, still cheat that more & stricter regulations & penalties will be needed in the near future.
