Were shedding happy tears at the Maryland SPCA! Okay, all of our Happy Tail fans, heres a Happy Tail sure to put a smile on your face and perhaps have you shed a happy tear or two (or three). Found scared and injured while wandering the streets of Baltimore, Poncho, a two-year-old Cocker Spaniel/Beagle mix, came to the Maryland SPCA doors in bad shape last summer. After life-changing surgeries, months of rehabilitation, and a loving foster mom and dad, Poncho is thriving and just took his first steps, cast-free!
