Democrats are Hell Bent Preserving Voter Fraud At the request - TopicsExpress

Democrats are Hell Bent Preserving Voter Fraud At the request of a group of Democratic senators, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) conducted a study of two stated (Kansas and Tennessee) which recently tightened their voter identification laws. The request for the study was made in an effort by democrats to support their claim that voter identification laws, that for many years have been pushed by republicans, are for the purpose of suppressing a segment of their {democrats} voter base. The GAO revealed that the two data points used in the study (Kansas and Tennessee) could support the argument that voter identification laws suppress voter turnout, primarily young black voters which by a vast and overwhelming majority vote democrat. But the GAO, in its final report, cautioned that these same results may not apply to the other 31 states that also have voter identification laws. This caution was likely raised by the GAO’s after having examined 10 previous studies that drew a split conclusion on whether or not tougher voter identification laws suppressed voter participation. With less than one month before the mid-term elections, democrats will certainly exploit the GOA findings of the Kansas/Tennessee study to demonize republicans as well as do everything in their power to dismiss the common sense argument that all voters should be required to provide proof of eligibility to vote just as all living, breathing and legal Americans, who are not living in the shadows, are required to do in just about every other activity in life. Rather than continuing with claim that republicans are pushing voter identification laws, not in an effort to weed out voter fraud but as a means to suppress {democratic} voters, wouldn’t the social engineering party of American politics be better served by asking the question as to why so many young blacks are reluctant to obtain valid voter identification instead of exploiting them for political gain?
