Knowledge and understanding of legislative/policy frameworks, processes, Procedures governing the monitoring and evaluation of funded NPO’s in the Public sector. The incumbent must have communication, interpersonal, report writing, computer literacy and analytical skills. The incumbent must have planning, coordinating & monitoring and evaluation skills. Ability to work in a team, plan, co-ordinate and display honesty and integrity. A valid code B driver’s license. Duties: Conduct onsite financial compliance monitoring to funded organizations. Identify discrepancies on compliance of funded NPO’s. Monitor the implementation of NPO’s financial & administrative capacity building plan.Provide progress reports on the implementation of NPO’s financial & administrative capacity building plan. Prepare quarterly reports on NPO’s compliance status. Assess current financial & administrative capacity of all existing funded NPO’s.
