Des Kelly was born in Ceylon in 1936 and entertained music fans in Sri Lanka and Australia. He was discovered by the Radio Ceylon and was given a platform by the broadcasting legends Vernon Corea and Christopher Greet, who played his music which became popular over the sub continent. In 1962, he migrated with his family to Melbourne, Australia and has made a name for himself as a talented entertainer. His famous songs include, Dream World, Cha Cha Baby.
