Designed by the Boston architect William Chester Chase and built in the Colonial Revival style in 1925, this house underwent a total renovation, including the removal of a several unsympathetic late 20th century additions and alterations. Located in the Chestnut Hill Historic District, the proposed period-appropriate additions and renovations received unanimous approval from the Historic District Commission. Completed 2009
