Despite the video title, the officer threaten to kill her (and her friend) and said I will hurt you long before she resisted anything. He later claims she tried to hit him, but then goes on the say he was actually hurt by the cuffs while cuffing her. Although the video is not clear, he threatens to break her arm and appears to try and make good on that threat when he was assaulted by his cuffs. He deserved whatever he got and more in my opinion. This cop is everything that is wrong with the police. He started their encounter with a gun aimed at them and then repeatedly threatened to kill and hurt them in various ways. Their supposed initial crime was trespassing. Why does he have his gun out ready to kill people for a minor infraction like trespassing? They have a real psychopath cop out there and its just a matter of time until he kills someone in my opinion.
