According to my boyfriend, I am the least romantic girl he has ever dated but like, hes not v romantic himself either and guess who mirrors the personalities of people they surround themselves with: the both of us. If binge watching tv shows on netflix, eating fastfood instead of homemade cooking, going grocery shopping together, taking showers together, smoking cigs in the driveway at 2 am, insulting each others intelligence, doing independent activities in the same room i.e. him playing video games while I make art, grabbing each others butts and boobs at inappropriate times, walking to convenience stores, smelling each others farts and disgusting body odor, mimicking various dance moves and voices and humping each other at random in public isnt romantic to ya, then get outta ma face. The romantic aspects of our relationship probably lies in the intimate talks we have, sharing secrets and stories from our past, talking about world news, theories, the paranormal, etc. The mental/emotional/spiritual bond we share, the compromises we make to better our problems, the comfort and reassurance we consistently provide each other when were bawling our eyes out, our efforts for growth and improvement, our acceptance and understanding of one anothers lifestyles and choices and very existence, as well as how well we play off of each other is romantic as hell. Not to mention how astrologically compatible we are- our love is obv written in the stars. A year ago, I would have never thought wed be where we are today, but here we are. Boyfriend appreciation post. I love you Baron David Sanderson. You are hot enough, funny enough, smart enough, interesting enough, quirky enough, loving enough, and good enough for me.
