Detective Bureau MEDIA CONTACT: Major Kevin OBrien, Detective Commander (#401-444-1006) On Monday, November 10, 2014, at 9:30 a.m., members of the Financial Crimes Unit, arrested Desiree M. Lesieur-Clapp, age 43, of 700A Ten Rod Road, Exeter, RI, for Larceny over $1,500. Ms. Lesieur-Clapp was taken into custody without incident and returned to the Wickford Barracks for processing. Ms. Lesieur-Clapp was arraigned in Third Division District Court before the Honorable Judge Madeline Quirk and release on $10,000 personal recognizance. She is scheduled to appear for a Pre-Arraignment Conference in Third Division District Court on January 12, 2015. this is a follow up to the Michael Lesieur stroke victim saga~` we will get justice at last~~ never hurt someone that cant help themselves~~ also he is a person over 65 ~~ I will up-date when this plays out in court~~
