Determination is my motivation. Over the years Ive been criticized that I could never accomplish things. 2013, I changed that. First major accomplishment of my entire life was being chosen as actor of the year from one of the industries biggest review teams. Second major accomplishment, for the first time in my life, I settle one of the biggest financial loans Ive ever done. Third major accomplishment, how bad this may sound, Ive been at Wendys going on for a total of 4 years. (my longest reigning consecutive job ever!!! Which to me is a big deal). However, my next biggest accomplishment is by far the most important of them all. On April 4, 2014, I graduate from Daymar College with my associates degree in Business Administration. So, the next time someone criticizes you or has doubt in you, prove them wrong. Youre critics are your biggest motivators :) Big Rick
