Detox day 3 Warm filtered boiled water with juice of half lemon to start every day Breakfast Mango, Spinach, Juice of 1 lemon, Ice, Mint, Ginger, Chia, Sunflower and Linseeds all blended together. Absolutely delish! Snack Gluten free organic rice caked with homemade guacamole Lunch Free Range chicken thighs with spinach and rocked sprayed with fresh lemon juice, baked sweet potato, cherry tomatoes, fresh organic beetroot (sliced) and home made guacamole. Snack Frozen Blackberries (all natural no sugar etc) with a tablespoon of unrefined cold pressed raw organic coconut oil. The oil hardens on the frozen berries and is like a chocolate coating so yummy. Snack Handful of Pistachios mmm mmm Dinner Homemade spicy lentil patties with a handful of rocket and squeezed lemon juice (The reason they are green is because i added a heap of fresh parsley and blended in. They are normally red and so divine. I will post the recipe if anyone is interested) I also enjoyed 1 organic Just Rooibos tea Exercise for the day was mowing the lawn, this was about 5000 steps according to my pedometer YAY. Exercise doesnt have to be going to the gym, lifting weights or going for a run, it is anything that gets your heart rate up for at least 20 - 30 mins in my opinion. So i spent 40 mins sweating my ass off mowing the lawn and it was fantastic, out in nature just how i like it.
