Did you know since Obama became president he started playing around with the legal definition of words as a backdoor way to change legislation without actually legislating or changing the laws. Obama once said in a speech that words matter, he was hinting to what his plans were to play on that, not that his word really means anything. When a president can ignore the plain language of duly passed laws, and substitute his own executive orders, then we no longer have "a government of laws, and not of men" but a president ruling by decree, like a dictator.
