Did you know that incorrect use of tablet PCs, can cause neck strains and pains? Here are some tips that might make sure that your body does not experience strains when or after using a tablet PC: 1. Place the tablet PC on the table where possible. 2. Use a tablet stand/case. This helps reduce arm,neck and wrist strains. 3. Do not stay in one position for a long period of time, or you can also do a bit of a stretch after a while. 4. Break every 15 minutes.
