Did you know that smoking increases ones risk for Macular Degeneration (one of the most common causes of blindness in older individuals)? A little fun fact for those on my paternal side of my family. It runs in our family already (if you havent already noticed)--if you smoke, your chances of developing it just increased by a whole lot! QUIT QUIT QUIT! Its worth it. If you dont want to end up blind, and having to depend on other for simple tasks, its worth it. Public service announce for the day from yours truly :)
