Did you know that when President Obama signed the NDAA legislation on New Years Eve 2011, while the country and the media was pre-occupied with the New Years Eve holiday, the Federal Government assigned itself the power to take a US Citizen who has committed no crime into their custody and imprison them without any evidence or probable cause whatsoever. They also gave themselves the power to deny that American citizen who has committed no crime from ever seeing an attorney. And they can keep that American citizen who has not committed a crime and for who no evidence against them exists to remain imprisoned for an INDEFINITE period of time. This effectively means that DUE PROCESS OF LAW that some of you still may believe to possess as an American citizen is now GONE. This is COMMUNISM.
