#FromGritToGreat now out this week---ok, I will finally talk about Football. LOL!!! I was about to submit my article to my editor (Hi Kai!) this Tuesday when this event made me scrap it and submit a new one this morning---all because it was just too relevant to not discuss. This World Cup has truly converted me to appreciate the sport (yes, thank you Malaysian friends for pressuring me), but Brazils loss only reminded me more about leadership in the workplace. Brazil was a one-man show, and I hate seeing the same things in the corporate world. It pains me to see companies continue succeeding because of it, and more so for companies who immediately failed because of it.
