Funny how things happen. My dads job came to an end in Atlanta..helping to design and build the train system there. They had always said if dad was out of work they would come to live with my wife and I. We lived on a beautiful piece of property in rural VA......not far from the Shenandoah Valley ..which my mom loved. So, here they come. at times it was great...at times not so much.I am in the middle....a son..and a husband trying to keep the peace. At long last we told them.....that it wasnt working out. They had to go......My mother out of kindness for me I think always told the story that they said they had to leave. I know better. The funny part? It all worked out....they moved back to Atlanta....(as my sisters truck rolled down the long driveway to the road my wife and I were already humping against the kitchen dishwasher) Within a month he got a job in Taiwan......where they spent the next few years of their life....and my sister documented it in this production.
