Our fitness camps are designed for ALL fitness levels! We use interval training and only your body weight for safe, effective, full body workouts that yield awesome results in a matter of weeks! Participants are provided with the motivation they need to push their hardest and offered modifications to exercises to lower intensity when needed. At 3rd Degree, youre part of a supportive fitness family where campers unite and motivate each other as they work towards their individual goals! Included in registration is the option to choose up to 5 classes per week from any of our 16 available times, Before & After photos, progress body measurements and two group nutrition seminars presented by our Actual Nutrition team.
