Difference between rape in other countries and rape in CHT (Bangladesh) In other countries rapist and rape victim can be of any religion and any ethnic background, rapist is brought to book and justice with rape victim is done (general principle -- there may be exceptional cases). In CHT (Bangladesh) rapist is always Bengali Muslim and rape victim is always non-Bengali and non-Muslim (indigenous woman). Rapist is never brought to book and justice with rape victim is never done. Here rapist does his job with impunity i.e. here rape is sponsored by state.
