The video is narrated by voice actress Maaya Sakamoto, who voices Kyōko. The video begins with the following narration: Text: A not-so-distant future in which cyberspace has become another kind of everyday life. At the reboot of a certain cyberspace, a mysterious virus program is activated. The virus used its artifical inteligence to learn about the outside world. Thus, it became able to evolve. People called these viruses digital monsters, or Digimon for short. And so, the boy logs in to the cyberspace to meet Digimon.The cast includes: Yoshitsugu Matsuoka (The IDOLM@STER, Sword Art Online) and Rumi Ookubo (Pretty Rhythm Dear My Future, Galilei Donna) as the male and female protagonists, respectively Megumi Han (Hunter × Hunter, Digimon Xros Wars: Toki o Kakeru Shōnen Hunter-tachi Daisuke Kishio (Mermaid Melody: Pichi Pichi Pitch, Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal) as Arata Sanada Maaya Sakamoto (Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, Persona 3 the Movie #2 Midsummer Knights Dream Kanae Itō (Pretty Rhythm Dear My Future, Wolf Girl & Black Prince Ayumu Murase (Chaika - The Coffin Princess AVENGING BATTLE, Haikyu!!) as the mysterious boy The game will ship in Japan on March 12. The game will retail for 6,640 yen (about US$62), and first copies of the game will come with a product code to obtain a special black-colored Agumon and Gabumon. The games story will follow either a female or male protagonist, depending on the playerschoice. When strange phenomena begin occurring, the protagonist becomes a Cybersleuth, and searches for the truth behind the mysteries along with his or her Digimon and their other human allies, Arata Sanada and Nokia Shiromine. Media Vision is developing the game and Masafumi Takada (Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc) is composing the music. As with the Digimon World Re:Digitize PSP game and its 3DS port Digimon World Re:Digitize Decode, artist and manga creator Suzuhito YasudaDurarara!!, Yozakura Quartet, Kamisama Kazoku) will once again provide the character designs for the game. Manga artist Oh! great (Air Gear, Tenjho Tenge) will also design a monster for the game. The game will involve an active turn-based battle system featuring combo attacks using multiple Digimon along with unique specialty attacks. The main character will have the “Connect Jump” ability, a power he/she obtained during an accident which allows him/her to travel to and from the local server of the digital world.
