Digital Paradigm Ltd is currently recruiting Customer Service Agents. Responsibilities • Provide excellent customer service and solutions to customers. • Answer incoming calls as per established key performance indicators. • Provide personalized response to all inbound emails received whilst providing a positive customer care experience through efficient, high quality and accurate responses. • Take ownership to ensure closure (According to Standard Operating Procedures) for all inquiries and any other issues. • Making outbound calls and send Emails as and when required. • Work in a team based environment and support the team in achieving the highest quality standards. • Assist Team Leader/Supervisor in assessing and auditing responses and completing quality responses. Requirements & Experience • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with limited direction • Extremely detail oriented • Ability to work in a team • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal (Mainly English) and organizational skills • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Internet usage • Excellent Typing Skills and Well Focused Person • Be able to work on any required Shift (Evening/Night) & 6 Days in a week (Alternative Saturdays/Sundays) • Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good • Multi-tasking capabilities • Ready to take up any new challenges • Must have a good attendance record • Compliant with Companys Policies YOU WILL: • Enjoy a collaborative and friendly work environment with a shared purpose where your hard work will be noticed and appreciated. • Have an opportunity to work within a team always striving to deliver outstanding results Please call on 6971346 for more details.
