Dilema Confront By Sikh Community Sr Vice President of National Sikh Front S. Gurdyal Singh Bali administered a meeting on 17.7.14 in Srinagar to discuss the different types of problems faced by the Sikh community across the world as well in Jammu and Kashmir.Many well known figures of Sikh community and Muslim Community took part in the meeting cum group discussion .Further the problems which were discussed were like less no. Of Sikh recruited in govt services falling ratio of Sikh employees from the different dept of this country like defense ,education, revenue,JK govt, health,Secretariat,dept ,sports etc Some other difficulties were also discussed like problems unheard by authorities very casual approach taken towards the fulfillment of needs.Even rich Sikh person and concern communities has not done commendable job for upliftment of minor like young Sikh girls and boys further the discussion put a limelite on the discouragement in political circles towards the media as well as schemes are not developed for uplifting economy of this community. In the meeting the discussion lead with the different ideas which was put forwarded by Mr Bali to the present running govt. At central level.the conference specially highlighted the different consecutive thoughts like hate crimes ,recognition of Sikhs as both a religion and ethnicity in census,domestic extremism and freedom of religion and belief. As Mr Bali put a solicit to the BJP govt to look over .since it was not the first governmental hearing in these recent years on the threat posed by domestic extremist issues of the their community . Another well known figure Vice president SJEDP(Disappeared Persons Form) Jammu &Kashmir Mrs Gulshan Begum put forwarded the issues related to the disappearance of many peoples. She also said about lack of interest of the govt regarded the unregistered FIR.She discussed about the protest and petition give to the govt. About the negligence.media incharge of SJEDP Gh Nabi Mir also put light on the different issues. Later the Meeting was put to an end with the never ending fight for the right with the hearty farewell by S. Gurdyal Singh Bali.
