Dip-jab combo work on the heavy bag today for 30 minutes. This is 3 quick combo strikes and then bobbing below torso level and then popping up on the other side to do the same. Repetition continues until burnout. 43 dips was my limit today. I wanted to hit 50, but I felt burnout in the arms around 36. So a total of 130 strikes. To make up for not hitting my 50, we followed this up with 95 lb standing curls, outside grip. Rep 15, 3 sets. I will probably go hike later today. Today seems like a mountain sort of day.
