Disappointing 3-1 defeat at home to Salzburg tonight. We gave ourselves a mountain to climb going 2-0 behind after only 13 mins. To be fair you couldnt grudge Salzburg their win. I think possibly 3-1 flattered them but then again, maybe not...everyone will have their own opinions. Salzburg are a good team & they work as a unit. They have plenty of players helping out, be it attacking or defending, whereas sometimes when we got the ball forward, there wasnt the same urgency to get up the park to support our attacks. We also gave the ball away too cheaply at times. We still go through though after Zagreb failed to beat Astra so there is some joy tonight, but tonight we were 2nd best!
