Discussion on mechanism to deal with communal tension is going on - TopicsExpress

Discussion on mechanism to deal with communal tension is going on in Lok sabha and the media .Allegations and counter allegations are made ,arguments and counter arguments are given in forceful words . Only thing missing in all speeches is the intention to contain communal hatred and to promote social harmony ,the pre requisite for peace and development in the country . There is no denying the fact that there has been sudden spurt in communal frenzies and riots in last few months especially in the biggest state UP with its repurcusion in the hindi heartland . A peculiar trend can be seen this time that failure of government to control communal riots is assigned to the central governments rather than the state administration ,the in-charge of law and order . For all communal riots like those in Bhagalpur , Assam ,Gujrat ,and many more the state governments were grilled . This time all so called secularists are accussing BJP and BJP alone . Not a single word against failure of the most inefficient Akhilesh yadav govt could be heard in the parliament yesterday . Some committed and biased media analysts are making full uses of their corrupt intellectuality and vocal chord in interpretting [misinterpreting ] the facts and figures . From such discussions and churning no mechanism can be developed for communal harmony . These can only help in the process of polarisation of indias diverse society , the worst our elected representatives can do irrespective of their party affiliations and ideological commitments [i wonder if there is any ] . The nation is keen to listen what Rahul gandhi who had unprecedented outburst in parliament last week and what the govt say today in the parliament . ....... One thing is christal clear that all political parties want to make optimum use of communal tension in their own way ...some by poring fuel to the fire a nd some by adopting the policy of extreme appeasement which is no less dangerous than communalism itself . But political parties must not forget that the present generation politics with 65 crore aspirational young voters have no interests in such conventional art of politics of divide and rule . They want peace , development , employment , opportunity to grow , quality of life , security and everything required to make India feel great and proud . enough is enough .
