Disgraceful ! How can people be so heartless? I saw several people in this 3 1/2 minute video, start to do something, but then change their mind at the last second. Why? What changed their minds? Were they scared? In Public! With all these people around? Or, even worse! Some didnt even bother to take the cell phone down from their ear...Much less call for help, Did they deem him not worth their time, and effort? Im ashamed of them all! Are we as a society so busy, and so detached, and uncaring of our fellow man, that we would just walk right past someone, so obviously in need of help. No matter how they are dressed, That is someones child, brother, sister, father, mother, Friend !!! Ask yourself one question! What if? What if that were my friend, or family member? What if people did, just walk right by your friend, or family, and not give a second thought as to weather they live, or die? Would it piss you off if that happened? I Mean, if people just walked carelessly past your dying family member, or friend, while they might very well have been dying? I know this was a fake scenario, but it sends a very strong message. That message is that we have become so detached, that we only care about those that we visually deem, worthy. Well, I am here to tell you, that there are far more well dressed undeserving criminals, and neer-do-wells than there ever will be, under dressed family men/women, who are far more deserving than the well dressed! Look at Washington D.C. for example. However the quality of their attire should in no way affect our decision to act,in the event that we should happen up on someone in their moment of distress! It really sickens me that our society has sunk to this level.
