Do one thing differently today to keep yourself physically active. But how? 1. Park further away during your driving trips 2. Take the stairs for at least one floor then you can get back on the elevator if need be. 3. Restroom break?- Use the restroom that is farther away from you. 4. Get up and walk to deliver a message. Face time, like actual physical face time is a valued trait nowadays. 5. Afternoon sleepiness? Stand up and stretch side to side for about 3 minutes. Simple tips and not a lot of effort required.
